My name is Liz, and I am a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner specializing in aesthetic medicine. I founded Élevée Aesthetics to provide personalized, one-on-one aesthetic care with a focus on natural-looking results that enhance each patient's unique beauty and confidence.
With advanced training in facial anatomy and aesthetic injectables, I combine clinical expertise with an artistic eye to deliver subtle, refined enhancements. Every treatment I perform is rooted in safety, precision, and a deep understanding of facial harmony.

- Dermal Fillers – Hyaluronic acid fillers for lips, cheeks, chin, jawline, and facial balancing at $750/syringe
- Biostimulators (Sculptra & Radiesse) – Collagen-stimulating treatments for gradual, long-lasting rejuvenation
- BioGel – Natural rejuvenation using your body's own growth factors
- Medical-Grade Microneedling – FDA-cleared SkinPen treatments at $450/session or $1,200 for a series of 3

Élevée Aesthetics is located at The Injector Collective with offices in Lehi, Utah and Draper, Utah. The primary office address is 139 N Hunter's Grove Lane, Suite 125, Lehi, UT.
